We put together different wedding planning services designed to give you flexibility in the level of help you want us to do for you. From beginning to end, our staff will give you the professional and personal attention you deserve. 

Package 1 On-Site Wedding Day Service Ceremony Only

$300.00 for 3 hours, $100.00 per additional hour

On the day of your wedding, the coordinator will arrive at least two hours before the ceremony time. Firstly, the coordinator will check in with the bride and groom and see that everything is okay. The coordinator will oversee any set up of the area, and to be there as the florist, musicians, photographers, videographers arrive. The coordinator will be there to answer any last minute questions.

The coordinator will oversee the flow of the ceremony. The coordinator will make sure everyone involved in the wedding know their cue. The coordinator will assist during the photo session as needed.

The coordinator will stay onsite for the full ceremony as needed.

Package 2 On-Site Wedding Day Service Reception Only

$300.00 for 3 hours, $100.00 per additional hour

On the day of your wedding, the coordinator will arrive at least two hours before the reception time. Firstly, the coordinator will check in with the bride and groom and see that everything is okay. The coordinator will oversee any set up of the area, and to be there as the florist, musicians, dj, photographer, videographer arrive. The coordinator will be there to answer any last minute questions.

The coordinator stays at the reception site, until the first course is served, to answer any questions the maitre d' may have. Upon request they can also stay for the duration of the dinner, to oversee the flow of the speeches, cake cutting and first dances.

The coordinator will stay onsite for the full reception time as needed.

Package 3 On-Site Wedding Day Service Ceremony and Reception

$600.00 for 6 hours, $100.00 per additional hour

On the day of your wedding, the coordinator will arrive at least two hours before the ceremony time. Firstly, the coordinator will check in with the bride and groom and see that everything is okay. The coordinator will oversee any set up of the area, and to be there as the florist, musicians, photographers, videographers arrive. The coordinator will be there to answer any last minute questions.

Package 4 - Premium Wedding Planning and Management

Full Consulting is a service that we provide to help the couple through every step of the planning process, right through to overseeing the wedding day.

This service includes consultation with the bride and groom, and going over exactly what they plan to do for their wedding. Some couples may want a full service, the consultant offers referrals for services and venues, and then books all of the items as well. Other couples would like to share the responsibility. The consultant offers them referrals, and they share the responsibility of booking the items.
